Credentials

  • Katie is a qualified Clinical Nutritionist. She graduated with a Distinction in a Bachelor of Health Science (Clinical Nutrition) at Endeavour College of Natural Health.
     

  • She has completed additional specialised studies with Dr Oscar Serrallach, a leader in Postpartum Depletion in his course, Matriatrics.

Prevention is best

I believe a lot of this comes down to awareness and validation of women's health, where signs and symptoms are not just dismissed as being normal. My eBooks have been designed for you to get ahead, equipping you with nutrition and lifestyle knowledge so that you can go into motherhood knowing what's needed to properly recover and fuel yourself appropriately and ultimately enjoy your start to motherhood. 

Optimisation is next

I understand we may not always have the luxury of prevention. In these cases, a course correction is needed where we assess health status via bloods, signs and symptoms and start implementing new healthy habits to get you back to feeling your best self.
